One of his uncle who learn him the cook base was sous chef at Ritz hotel in Paris ans Executive Chief of the luxoury company  Wagon Lits Restaurant. since 2008 he specialize his cooking in catering and gourmet restaurant on the French Riviera. It will be the first restaurant certified organic in the back area of Grasse in the French Riviera. this certification was from a goverment approvment. He made lot of training with different chef with stars Michelin like Christophe Muller, executive chief of Paul Bocuse Auberge.

his curiosity and his tenacity to find new flavors is rare. he is an adept of the food pairing and the low temperature cooking.
